As a Breathwork Facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Light Codes Practitioner, and Reiki Certified Healer, I am passionate about guiding men on their journey towards personal growth and fulfilment. Over the past year, I've undergone a profound transformation and am now committed to helping other men reclaim their power and live a life of authenticity and empowerment.

My life used to be a never-ending cycle, like Groundhog Day. I was waking up each day to slave away at a 60-hour workweek just to pay the bills. My weekends were spent escaping my problems—drinking and doing drugs until 6 a.m., unable to be present with my family. I was filled with anger and sadness, often too hungover to move, let alone support my partner, who was struggling severely with postnatal depression. It was in those darkest moments that I realised I had to change.

I left my $200k-a-year job, relocated to a new state, and built a network of supportive, growth-oriented men. I replaced drugs with breathwork and have been sober for over a year. I’ve strengthened my relationships with my parents and siblings, become fully present in my daughter's life, supported my partner's healing, and finally become the man I always aspired to be.
